Als Werkstudent*in hast Du die Möglichkeit, in verschiedenen Bereichen zu arbeiten und ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, wie es ist, in einem IT-Unternehmen in den Bereichen Marketing und People & Culture zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Marketing

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und Kunden-Events
Erstellung von LinkedIn-Posts und Inhalten für unsere Website
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien
Aufbereitung von Content in Powerpoint-Präsentationen

People & Culture

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Werkstudent*innen und Mini-Jobber
Personalverwaltung z.B.Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Arbeitszeugnisseen
Personalentwicklung z.B.Organisation von internen Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Trainings und Weiterbildungen

Unterstützung beim Onboardingprozess

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

Du studierst im Bachelor/Master BWL, Marketing, HR oder einen verwandten Studiengang
Interesse an Marketing und Personalwesen
Fähigkeit, selbstorganisiert zu arbeiten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
Deutsch, Englisch: fließend (C1) in Wort und Schrift
Microsoft Office: Word, PPT, Excel: sehr gute Fähigkeiten
Regelmäßig im Büro anwesend sein (ca. 2-mal pro Woche)

Your tasks

Marketing

Support in planning and executing employee and customer events
Creation of LinkedIn posts and content for our website
Support in creating marketing materials
Preparation of content in PowerPoint presentations

People & Culture

Independent supervision of working students and mini-job employees
HR administration, e.g. preparation of employment contracts and reference letters
Personnel development, e.g. organizing internal training sessions and supporting the selection of training and further education programs

Support during the onboarding process

What do we expect from you?

You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field
Interest in marketing and human resources
Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational talent
German and English: fluent (C1) spoken and written
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel): very good skills
Regular presence in the office (min. twice per week)
