Deine Aufgaben

Analyse, Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung von AI- und GenAI-Lösungen in Cloud- und On-Premises-Umgebungen für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
Integration von GenAI-Komponenten (z. B. LLMs, Embeddings, Vektordatenbanken) in bestehende Architekturen sowie Migration bestehender AI-Workloads in Cloud- oder hybride Plattformen
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von AI-/GenAI-Plattformen (z. B. für Model Hosting, Prompt-Pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented-Generation [RAG], MLOps/LLMOps)
Umsetzung von AI-basierten Use Cases mittels moderner Cloud-Services, Machine-Learning-Frameworks und GenAI-APIs
Erstellung von Prototypen, Proof of Concepts und Showcases zur Bewertung neuer Technologien und Architekturen
Konzeption und Dokumentation von AI-Governance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen, z. B. Responsible AI, Zugriffskonzepte, Modell-Monitoring
Mittelfristige Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitung sowie Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Kundenpräsentationen rund um AI/GenAI

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

Hochschulabschluss in einem MINT-Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in AI-, GenAI- oder Data-Engineering-Umgebungen, idealerweise mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake oder Databricks
Gute Kenntnisse in Machine Learning Pipelines, Modellbereitstellung oder LLM-Integration (z. B. OpenAI-/Azure-OpenAI-Services, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, Bedrock)
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in CI/CD-Prinzipien, MLOps/LLMOps, Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform)
Erfahrungen in der Datenbereitstellung, -verarbeitung und Anbindung von Datenquellen (z. B. für RAG-Szenarien) sowie in der Visualisierung von Ergebnissen
Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für neue AI-/GenAI-Technologien, Frameworks und Best Practices
Analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen, eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
Sprachkenntnisse:

Your tasks

Analysis, design, development, and optimization of AI and GenAI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments for clients across various industries
Integration of GenAI components (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) into existing architectures, as well as migration of AI workloads to cloud or hybrid platforms
Building and further development of AI/GenAI platforms (e.g., for model hosting, prompt pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation [RAG], MLOps/LLMOps)
Implementation of AI-based use cases using modern cloud services, machine-learning frameworks, and GenAI APIs
Creation of prototypes, proof of concepts, and showcases to evaluate new technologies and architectures
Design and documentation of AI governance and security requirements, such as Responsible AI, access concepts, and model monitoring
Medium-term assumption of (partial) project management responsibilities as well as planning and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and client presentations on AI/GenAI

What do we expect from you?

University degree in a STEM field or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, or data-engineering environments, ideally with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks
Strong knowledge of machine-learning pipelines, model deployment, or LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, Bedrock)
Ideally experience with CI/CD principles, MLOps/LLMOps, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
Experience in data provisioning, processing, and connecting data sources (e.g., for RAG scenarios), as well as in visualizing results
High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new AI/GenAI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Strong analytical and logical thinking, independent and goal-oriented working style, and strong team skills
Language skills:
- German: C1
- English: B2
