Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Infrastructue Cloud Automation & Security Teams übernimmst du den Aufbau von Automatisierungen mittels CI/CD Pipelines.
Die Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Migrationen in die Cloud liegen in deiner Verantwortung und auch bei der Implementierung und Erstellung diverser Terraform Module packst du mit an.
Unsere Kunden können sich bei der Beratung vor Ort auf deine Expertise verlassen.
Du stellst ihnen funktionierende, automatisierte Softwareplattformen bereit, die ihren Betrieb optimieren.
Du beherrschst den Aufbau und die Pflege von Container-Orchestrierungs-Systemen quasi im Schlaf.
Deine Dokumentation, insbesondere von Fehlerbehebungen, ist lückenlos und nachvollziehbar.
Dein Wissen behältst du nicht für dich, sondern gibst es weiter – dabei fällt es dir leicht, auch komplexe Inhalte für jeden verständlich zu vermitteln.

Im Beratungsumfeld ist die Antwort nicht selten „kommt drauf an“, denn der genaue Technologie-Stack hängt vom konkreten Projekt und Kunden ab. Wir denken nicht in einem festgelegten Methoden- und Technologie-Stack, sondern suchen zunächst für ein Problem die beste Lösung. Übergreifend setzen wir in allen Projekten moderne Technologien ein, dazu gehören unter anderem: AWS, Google Cloud und Azure, IaC (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Tools, Git, Python, Bash, Shell, Ansible.

Bevor du weiterliest, hier folgt unser Wunsch-Profil. Du musst nicht bereits alles mitbringen. Alles, was du jetzt noch nicht kannst, wirst du bei uns lernen.

Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Praxiserfahrung in unserem Tech-Stack und begeisterst dich für alles, was mit Automatisierung zu tun hat.
Der DevOps-Gedanke ist dir in Fleisch und Blut übergegangen und du hast ein sicheres Gespür für Optimierungspotentiale.
Deine fundierten praktischen Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Virtualisierung (z.B. Kubernetes, Docker), Cloud (z. B. AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastrukturbereitstellung & Testing (z. B. Terraform) und Datenbanken (z. B. SQL, NoSQL) zeichnen dich aus.
Do it yourself: An der Schnittstelle zwischen Development und Operations schreibst du auch gerne selbst Programme, wenn du mit den gängigen Tools nicht weiterkommst.
Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, komplexe Themen auf Deutsch und Englisch für alle verständlich und nachvollziehbar zu erklären.
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.

Your Tasks

As part of our Infrastructure Cloud Automation & Security team, you will be responsible for setting up automations using CI/CD pipelines.
You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing migrations to the cloud, and you will also help with the implementation and creation of various Terraform modules.
Our customers can rely on your expertise when it comes to on-site consulting.
You will provide them with functional, automated software platforms that optimize their operations.
You are an expert in setting up and maintaining container orchestration systems.
Your documentation, especially of troubleshooting, is complete and comprehensible.
You don't keep your knowledge to yourself, but pass it on – you find it easy to convey even complex content in a way that everyone can understand.

You have at least two years of practical experience with our tech stack and are enthusiastic about everything related to automation.
The DevOps concept is second nature to you, and you have a keen sense for optimization potential.
Your in-depth practical experience in the areas of virtualization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure provisioning & testing (e.g., Terraform), and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) set you apart.
Do it yourself: At the interface between development and operations, you also enjoy writing programs yourself when you can't get anywhere with the usual tools.
You have the ability to explain complex topics in German and English in a way that is understandable and comprehensible to everyone.
You are characterized by analytical thinking and an independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
