Your tasks

Design and deliver data-driven IT projects in the area of Azure cloud engineering
Automate deployment processes and continuous integration
Design and develop cloud-native distributed systems, container orchestration platforms and serverless architectures
Provide best practices support for customers and synvert in Azure area
Collaboration within the synvert group for Azure cloud related topics
Land & Expand: recognizing opportunities and risks in the Cloud projects
Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade customers upon initial interaction.
Coaching of practice members, contributing to the success of the Azure cluster at synvert

What do we expect from you?

> 4 years of experience in Cloud / Data Engineering area and consultancy
Experience with hands-on implementation of the Cloud/ Data Engineering projects
Excellent programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, Scala; object-oriented). Any other language considered a plus
Strong technical skills in emerging data technologies, especially in the big data areas of Azure
Best Practices in setting up data platforms via IaC
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Management or in similar qualification
Certifications in Azure: e.g. Associate or Professional or proven record of delivering projects with Azure
Openness to occasional travel (up to 30% of the time)
German, English: fluent in speaking & writing
Very good presentation and communication skills

Automatisierung von Deployment-Prozessen sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Continuous-Integration-Lösungen
Design und Entwicklung cloud-nativer, verteilter Systeme sowie von Container-Orchestrierungsplattformen und Serverless-Architekturen
Unterstützung von Kunden und synvert durch Best Practices im Bereich Azure
Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der synvert-Gruppe bei allen Themen rund um Azure Cloud
Land & Expand: Erkennen von Chancen und Risiken in Cloud-Projekten
Sichere Kommunikation und Präsentation, um Kunden bereits beim Erstkontakt professionell zu überzeugen
Coaching und Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern – aktiver Beitrag zum Erfolg des Azure-Clusters bei synvert

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud-/Data Engineering und Beratung
Erfahrung in der praktischen Umsetzung von Cloud- und Data-Engineering-Projekten
Hervorragende Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. in Java, Python, Scala; objektorientiert). Weitere Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in modernen Daten-Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich Big Data auf Azure
Erfahrung mit Best Practices beim Aufbau von Datenplattformen mittels Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Informatik, Physik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Zertifizierungen im Bereich Azure (z. B. Associate oder Professional) oder nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in Azure-Projekten Reisebereitschaft (gelegentlich, bis zu 30 %)
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
