Deine Aufgaben
Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten über alle Phasen hinweg – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-Live Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams (intern & extern) Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Entwicklungsteams und Management Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie regelmäßiges Reporting Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards und ‑Methoden
Was erwarten wir von Dir?
Abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten Tiefes technisches Verständnis – z.B. in der Softwareentwicklung, der IT-Infrastruktur oder in Cloud-Technologien Führungserfahrung mit verteilten oder cross-funktionalen Teams Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (je nach Projektbedarf) Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks
Management and coordination of IT projects across all phases – from requirements gathering to go-live Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of time, budget, and quality Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams (internal & external) Acting as an interface between clients, development teams, and management Risk and resource management, as well as regular reporting Supporting the further development of project management standards and methodologies
What do we expect from you?
Completed university degree in a STEM field or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in managing IT projects Strong technical understanding – e.g. in software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies Leadership experience with distributed or cross-functional teams Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work Willingness to travel occasionally (depending on project needs) Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
