Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Teams „Data Integration & Solution Engineering“ bist du für die Bereiche Datenmodellierung, Big-Data-Architekturen sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen zuständig
Design, Weiterentwicklung und Performance von Daten-Plattformen sind dein Steckenpferd
Gestaltung der Architektur, Aufbau von Pipelines sowie die Integration und Bereitstellung datengetriebener Lösungen
Etablierung moderner Engineering-Standards (z.B. CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Containerisierung)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund*innen und funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams: Übersetzung von Anforderungen und Businessprozessen in technische Lösungen, Durchführung von Workshops sowie Mentoring von Junior*innen

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python
Fundierte Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Public-Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Google Cloud oder Azure) und Praxiserfahrung mit Big-Data-Frameworks wie Apache Spark und Apache Beam
Kenntnisse in Software Engineering Methoden (CI/CD, TDD, agile Entwicklung), Containerisierung (Docker) und Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen auf Deutsch und Englisch für alle verständlich und nachvollziehbar zu erklären
Analytisches Denkvermögen, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your tasks

As part of our "Data Integration & Solution Engineering" team, you will be responsible for data modeling, big data architectures and cloud infrastructures
Design, development and performance of data platforms are your forte
Designing architecture, setting up pipelines and integrating and providing data-driven solutions
Establishing modern engineering standards (e.g. CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization)
Working closely with customers and cross-functional project teams: translating requirements and business processes into technical solutions, conducting workshops and mentoring juniors

What do we expect from you?

Several years of experience in data engineering, ideally in a consulting environment and very good knowledge of Python
In-depth experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure) and practical experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Beam
Knowledge of software engineering methods (CI/CD, TDD, agile development), containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
The ability to explain complex topics in German and English in a way that is understandable and comprehensible to everyone
Analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
